FAQ
Questions about lifting straps
Are lifting straps the same as wrist wraps?
No. Lifting straps connect your grip to the bar. Wrist wraps wrap around the wrist for support. See wrist wraps if that is what you need.
Do your straps have a load rating?
Only if a test method and acceptance criteria are agreed and the test is carried out. Appearance alone does not establish a load rating, so we do not quote one otherwise.
