Manufacturing
How your products are made
An honest view of who makes what, how each product family is produced, and what we do ourselves at each stage.
Our production network
Who makes your order
PENDING: for each product family: own facility, partner factory, or both; where production happens; who invoices the buyer, approves samples and resolves defects
If a partner factory produces an item, we explain the role we perform: specification, factory coordination, inspection and export arrangements, wherever those services are confirmed.
Production
Typical process by product
These describe typical sequences. Your order follows the confirmed process for that product.
Typical process
Leather belts
Selecting the specified materials and layers, cutting the shape, bonding layers, adding lining, stitching, finishing edges, punching holes and fitting hardware. The order varies by design.
Typical process
Straps & wraps
Ready-made webbing or elastic is cut to length, edges finished, loops or padding sewn, closures attached and branding applied. We say when materials are bought in.
Typical process
Knee sleeves
Laminated sheet material is cut into shaped panels, joined with the specified seam, then finished with branding and edge treatment. Pattern and size grading are checked.

Inside production
We only publish images we own or have permission to use, and identify partner facilities accurately.
