What to send for an accurate quote

01

Product & construction

Which family and design. A reference photo helps, but materials and measurements decide the price.

02

Quantity, pieces or pairs

Your approximate order size and how it splits across styles, colours and sizes.

03

Branding & artwork

Logo files, colours and any packaging you want. Vector files are best.

04

Destination & date

Delivery country and your target date, so production and shipping can be planned separately.

Why buyers work with us

Overseas production without the guesswork

Choosing a supplier is only the start. Specifications, sampling, branding, quality checks and shipping all need managing. We handle that process with you, from first quote to reorder.

01

Communication

One point of contact

You deal with one contact who manages your specification, sampling, production updates and export paperwork. PENDING: agree the response standard the team can keep, including US time-zone coverage

02

Consistency

Specifications in writing

The approved sample and its written specification become the reference for bulk production, and they are kept on file so a reorder can be made the same way.

03

Commercial clarity

Quotes you can compare

Each quote states the specification, quantity, unit price, setup and sample charges, packing and delivery terms. A low price without those details means little.

How production is organised: PENDING: state for each product family whether it is made in our own facility, by partner factories we coordinate, or both, and who invoices, approves samples and resolves defects How we manufacture →

Product range

Five lifting-gear families

Each family has its own specification page, so you can compare the details that actually change fit, durability and price.

How an order works

Six stages. Nothing assumed.

The exact sequence varies by product, but every order follows the same principle: agree it in writing, approve a physical sample, then produce to that reference.

Stage 01 // Define

Define the product

You send the product, quantity, destination, branding and target date. We turn reference photos into a written specification (a “tech pack”) so both sides are discussing the same item.

Stage 02 // Quote

Feasibility & quotation

Materials, hardware, methods and minimums are checked. The quote lists specification, quantity, unit price, setup and sample charges, packing and delivery terms.

Stage 03 // Sample

Physical sample

A digital mockup shows the look; a physical sample lets you check fit, materials, stitching and branding. Revisions are made until you approve. PENDING: sample fee, timing and whether the fee is credited against the order

Stage 04 // Produce

Materials & production

Materials are prepared, components cut, branding applied, then items assembled, stitched and finished. PENDING: what starts the production clock: approved sample, artwork or payment

Stage 05 // Inspect

Inspection & packing

Dimensions, appearance, stitching, closures, labels and quantities are checked against the approved specification before packing. PENDING: which checks cover every item and which use sampling

Stage 06 // Ship

Shipping & reorders

Shipping method, paperwork and which costs are yours are confirmed before dispatch. The approved specification is saved so your reorder matches.

Branding

Your logo. Every surface.

Adding a logo to an existing product is different from developing a new design. We explain which changes need extra development, samples or minimums before you commit.

Full-colour patterns and artwork on neoprene belts, lifting straps and printed leather lever belts.

Used on: Neoprene belts, lever belts, straps

04 · Patches

PVC patches & labels

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimums can apply per style, colour, material, logo method or packaging run, and are quoted in pieces or pairs. PENDING: publish the confirmed MOQ rule for each family, with its unit and scope

Can I get a physical sample before ordering?

Yes. Bulk production starts only after you approve a physical sample against the written specification. PENDING: sample fee, typical timing and whether the fee is credited against the order

Do you quote per piece or per pair?

Every quote states the unit. Belts are normally single pieces, while straps, wraps and sleeves are often sold in pairs, so we confirm this before pricing.

Do you supply buyers in the USA?

Yes. The USA is our priority market and we welcome enquiries from other countries. Shipping method, documents and which costs remain yours are agreed before dispatch. We do not quote duties or tariffs as included unless the quote says so.

Who will I communicate with?

One named contact manages your enquiry from quotation to delivery. PENDING: describe the contact's role and the response standard

Ready to put your brand
on lifting gear?

Send your product, quantity and destination. We come back with the questions that decide your price, then a written quote.
